COURSES 1st For Training has built up a diverse portfolio of training courses over its five year history, responding to client’s training needs. Our courses are classified into the three core areas of Sage & IT training, Staff Development and Management training and Care Sector training. We offer a comprehensive range of courses from the Basic Principles of Sage Line 50 accounts software through to training on the complete range of Microsoft products. Staff Development and Management training encompasses coaching and mentoring, soft skills training and a bespoke consultancy service. The Care Sector training takes account of the latest mandatory and vocational training needs of our clients. We have responded to our client’s need to offer Business Skills training to Care Sector organisations leading to our own unqiue NCFE accredited programme.
